I'm Paula Smith, I am a local St George Utah Real Estate Agent. I have been a successful business consultant for the past ten years and a property investor for the past twelve years. I've combined all my background experience, and now offer it to my clients as a trusted St George real estate professional.
I assist home buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. Most important, I feel the client is the lifeline to any business and should be treated as such. I am not the agent that wants to obtain as many clients as possible, I feel it is a disservice if I am unable to provide 100% of my attention to each client, after all, a home purchase is a big decision. So I keep my active client list small so that I am able to provide service that is expected from a client, my business quote is:

Another aspect that makes me different, brutal honesty. Sometimes Clients do not want to hear the information or advice I offer, but I refuse to tell you what you want to hear, you'll always get the truth backed by facts from me. I believe the Internet is a HUGE resource and many agents under utilize it. My knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and many Internet venues to research and advertise, allows me to offer technological advancement. I will exceed expectations to make sure you are well informed and educated with local real estate information so that you will be comfortable with the entire transaction. Constant communication with the client is imperative. If you have a question or you need assistance, give me a call and I will personally answer the phone. I work exclusively under contract with buyers and sellers in the St George Utah area. I devote 110% to each client to ensure they are receiving the best representation possible.
