SunRiver in St George Utah

SunRiver is located off of Interstate 15 approximately 3 miles north of the Arizona border in Utah. Sunriver is one of the most respected "active adult" communities in St George. This community is a 55 and older (only 1 resident must be over the age of 55) however; they do allow a percentage of residents to move in that are over the age of 49. So, if you're not quite 55 yet desire an adult community, it may be possible to purchase real estate in SunRiver Utah.

SunRiver is located south of Bloomington, in the area formally known as Adkinville. SunRiver offers amenities all located within an short golf cart drive proximity. This community is big on golf carts by the way! True, there is a wonderful SunRiver golf course, but you do not have to be a golfer…

January 2008 Home Sales Statistics for St George Utah

January proved to be an active month. Unfortunately, much of the activity was from agents listing new homes. Seems many sellers decided to hold off until after the New Year before adding their home to the already packed inventory. January residential home sales for St George, Utah was at a decline from December. For January, the average days on market (DOM) was also higher, meaning it is taking longer for homes to be sold.

Diamond Valley in St George Utah

Diamond Valley EntranceFrom St George Utah, take Bluff Street until it turns into Utah 18. Continue about 10 miles and turn right; between the two VOLCANOES! You have arrived at beautiful Diamond Valley in St George Utah. This may seem like a joke at first, until you arrive and realize there are two very obvious cinder cone volcanoes at the entrance to the Diamond Valley Subdivision. Once active, these volcanoes and others deposited lava rock in and around the St George Utah area.
