It is clear by March home sale totals that buyers were taking advantage of the low interest rates and lowering prices of homes in St George Utah. The statistics board looks great all the way across. New listings added were lower (this is a good thing to assist with exhausting our already crowded inventory). Active listings were a little lower. Sold listing went up and Months in Inventory went down a bit. These are all very good numbers for the St George Utah real estate market.
