Where is the Washington City Water Park?
The city of Washington, Utah is a neighboring city to St George. Many of the big box stores as well as popular dining are located within Washington City. What many people don’t realize about Washington Utah is the hidden gem the City has tucked away! Washington City has a beautiful water park hidden behind a neighborhood. Sure, there are "splash pads" scattered generously through the areas of Southern Utah, but this park is surely one of the best! The grounds feature two large parks on either side. Both sides are packed full of playground equipment. Between the parks is the splash pad, or Water Park. Interest rates have, for the most part, been on the rise since January. On January 24, 2008 the national average interest rates were at a low, with an average of 5.48%. On of June 5, 2008 interest rates averaged: 6.09%.

This statistical report shows home sale data for single family residential property for the entire reporting St George MLS. This does not include Hurricane Utah. Please note that these numbers are supplied by individual Brokerages, numbers may vary due to delayed reporting.
HOW MANY HOMES SOLD IN ST GEORGE UTAH?
There were 110 sold. Last month (April) it was: 108 homes.
131 single-family homes went PENDING. Compared to April at: 129 homes pending.
40 homes went "back on the market" meaning they were pending and fell out of escrow. For April it was 49 homes back on the market.
