Here is the October and November St George real estate market sale statistics for 2009.
I’m gearing up for my end of the year 2009 St George real estate sale statistics, which I will post in mid January. However, let’s take a current look at the real estate market over the past few months. As of today, December 14, 2009 Washington County has a TOTAL of 5,285 ACTIVE listings (this includes all property and land, residential and commercial). This number is about the same over the past 5 months. Total active listings for November 2008 were 6,254 so as you can see we are working through some of our inventory (this is a good thing for market stabilization). Total months in inventory for November 2009 averages 19.36 months (again, for the entire…
