Visitors have asked…and we have implemented! Please take a moment to check out the new and improved St George Utah real estate MLS search. What is different? Well, visitors have complained that the St. George Property Search page was slow to completely load the page. We have discovered that this was due to the "Subdivision Search" tab, which has to load hundreds of St George neighborhoods and subdivisions. Actually, the entire Washington County is included in the Subdivisions Page.  We have implemented a new system that will deliver faster results, with all of the information you are looking for!

Now, you can search for St. George UT real estate just as before. The only difference will be that the page will load quickly. (We realize our Internet real estate visitors want the information FAST!) If you would like to research a specific St George subdivision or neighborhood and find out what is for sale, you can visit the Map Search page. This feature offers satellite mapping and allows the user to zoom into St George neighborhood.   You can now map the specific area, and find homes for sale. 

Also, we have added information to the Concierge Page. This will provide phone numbers and links to real estate relevant companies and vendors. If you are searching for a St George Home Inspector or a Termite Company, I have provided a list of services that either I have used personally or that my clients have used and were satisfied with the services. We have experienced demand for various St George Contractors and service providers to be listed, however we are not allowing requests. This list must remain exclusive to the providers in which we have done business, or our Clients have used.
