"Is the free move really free?"
This is typically the first question our clients ask. Our answer..."yes". Unisun Realty ~ O48 Associates of St George, offers a free move if you buy or sell your home using me as your REALTOR®. We can move you to or from the Original 48 States.
"How can you offer a free move?"
This is usually question number two. Well, it's simple. We, as agents, sacrifice a portion of our commission to pay the costs associated with the move. Technically, the agents pay for your move. There are no hidden fees or costs. You pay nothing.
Buyers will likely use a REALTOR® to assist in locating St George Utah real estate. When using Paula Smith as your St George buyers agent, I will work to find your home, then, I will move you in!
Sellers list their home, and they have contractually agreed to pay the listing agent as well as the selling agent, which means we can move you into a home listed by another agency. Additionally, we work with "For Sale By Owner" property as well. If Unisun Realty of St. George lists your home, it will NOT cost any additional fees. We can move you to your new home across town or across the country. Additionally, if we produce the buyer, we can offer the free move to them as well. What a marketing incentive for YOUR PROPERTY to both buyer and seller.
What does the Unisun Realty Free Move include?
Unisun Realty will assist you in filling out the paperwork and sending it to The Move Network. The Move Network will then take over and deal direct with you, the client to coordinate the time, date and specifics. Professional movers (usually three) will arrive at your home with the full size truck. Your responsibility is to have your belongings packed securely into boxes...that's it. The movers will pick up and place all of your belongings and furniture into the truck. Then, they will transport your belongings to your new home. They will unload the truck and place the items into the room you designate.
What's the Catch?
Really, there is no 'catch'. I suppose the only catch is that you must purchase or sell the home using Paula Smith as your agent. There are sale price restrictions, so if the home you plan to purchase or sell is LESS than $275,000 you must contribute $300 per each $10,000 under $275,000 (this is paid directly to the moving company). There is a $3,000 maximum* that you will pay. *This is based on a Long Distance Move, NOT a local move. Another condition is that the home you are purchasing or selling must be based on a 3% broker cooperation. This is typical of most homes; there are however, some homes that offer less. BUYERS: We will be able to tell you if a home you are considering qualifies as soon as we review the listing.
